libcitygml2 software package provides Open source C++ library for parsing CityGML files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcitygml2
libcitygml2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcitygml2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcitygml2 *
You will get with libcitygml2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
